Our Mission Statement

At Al-Aafiyah Trust, we are dedicated to supporting those most in need, both globally and locally, by providing access to life’s basic essentials—food, clean water, shelter, and healthcare. The word ‘Aafiyah’ embodies complete well-being—good health, protection from harm, and security in sustenance. It is one of the most frequently made duas in Islam, and our mission is to be a means through which Allah (SWT) grants Aafiyah to others.

Millions of people across the world live without access to the very things we often take for granted. Whether it’s a hot meal, safe drinking water, or a roof over their heads—our goal is to deliver relief, restore dignity, and offer hope, one act of kindness at a time.

As a UK-registered charity, we also remain committed to our local communities—ensuring our compassion extends not just overseas, but to those experiencing hardship here at home.

The Al Aafiyah Team

Our Story

In early 2022, we received the joyous news that we were expecting a baby. Like all parents,we prayed for a safe arrival and a life filled with blessings. Our daughter, with innocent joy, chose the name Aafiyah before the baby was born—unaware of how meaningful that name would become.

Baby Aafiyah was born in November 2022, but tragically, she returned to Allah after just two days. No words can ease the pain of such a loss, except the words of our faith: Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un — To Allah we belong and to Him we return.

What began as a personal journey of healing is now a growing initiative with a team all united by a desire to make a difference. Together, we work to bring
ease to those struggling, honouring Baby Aafiyah’s memory with every act of compassion.

We also strive to nurture the next generation—encouraging young people to become givers, leaders, and changemakers. By engaging them in charitable work early on, we hope to embed Sadaqah Jaariyah as a lifelong value.

Al-Aafiyah Trust is more than a charity—it is a testimony of faith, resilience, and purpose. Guided by the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet ﷺ , we aim to bring mercy and relief to others, seeking only the pleasure of Allah (SWT) and the reward of ongoing charity.
